How do I get started?
First Steps
We would love the opportunity to talk with you about your questions and needs.
-
Contact Aptiv today for an informative, no-cost, no-obligation discussion to determine options for participation*.
-
Aptiv meets with the individual and their support network to develop an individualized plan and provide services as outlined in that plan.
-
Your child’s personalized program starts with an assessment by an occupational or physical therapist. Using the results of their assessment, the therapist will develop a personalized exercise routine for your child’s ROM program.
-
The routine can incorporate Aptiv equipment, personal equipment, or any combination that fits your child’s needs. You and your child, therapist, and care management team collaborate to determine how the individualized routine will be implemented. Sessions vary in length based on your child’s goals.
- Your child’s therapist will train Aptiv key staff who ensure effective delivery of the ROM program. No matter the type of activity or level of ability, Aptiv supports individuals reaching for their goals.
*If a family is eligible for funding through the state and county they will be assessed by a county social worker and can request to be referred to Aptiv for services.
