Aptiv’s Community-Based Day Services provides meaningful and enriching activities in the community. This service model explores the interests of our participants while teaching them skills to lead lives that are as independent, healthy, and fulfilling as possible. Community-Based Day Services helps adults with disabilities to take part in their community and improve their personal skills by providing access to regular meaningful social contact and stimulating activities.
Community-Based Day Services are designed to maximize a person’s ability to manage everyday life activities in their community. Through this program individuals grow to become more active members of their communities, and gain skills to help them find or keep employment.

It's because of gifts to the Aptiv Foundation that children and adults with disabilities are reaching their goals. It is only through the vision and generosity of contributions to the Aptiv Foundation that it becomes possible to provide the level of support each person needs and deserves. Contributions go to funding facility improvements, program equipment, and other tools to help people with disabilities live, learn and work in our communities.
