Aptiv offers Job Shadow services to provide career exploration activities that are designed to increase an individual’s awareness. It takes place in a community-based work environment and allows a participant to witness the actual job duties and work environment and to be able to determine if they would be interested in that particular job
What is a Job Shadow?
Job shadows is a career exploration activity, designed to increase an individual’s awareness. An individual is able to see the work environment, have an opportunity to observe someone at their job, and ask questions to determine if it is something that would be interested in for pursuing their career options.
